Double-shaft shear crusher
The intelligent two-axis motor shear crusher has the characteristics of low speed and large torque, which can crush waste tires of all sizes and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. The cutting tool is made of high alloy steel imported from Europe, and the structure of double row cutter is designed with detachable replacement, which improves the utilization rate of the cutting tool. Coarse crushing and fine crushing are processed in different functional areas in the same knife box at the same time to save energy consumption and use space.
Wire separator
Through moving knife and fixed knife to cut the glue block, qualified rubber particles and steel wire through the sieve out, unqualified rubber particles and steel wire continue to stay in the crushing area for crushing;The hydraulic opening and closing device between the box and the screen makes the maintenance and replacement of cutting tools and screen more convenient.The front and back symmetry design of moving knife and fixed knife can realize the change of four cutting edge direction and improve the service life of the tool.Tool repair by wire-electrode cutting, and it can still be used after repair.
Conveyor
The material surface of the equipment frame has been treated with derusting, which can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of long-term operation of the equipment under special environment such as garbage pollution. It has intelligent control functions such as remote start and stop, emergency stop, speed and overload.
Screening machine
By using the working principle of disc rolling to separate materials of different sizes for material screening, the underscreen can be obtained by adjusting the gap of disc to meet the requirements of discharging particle size. The overscreen that fails to meet the requirements will be returned to the crushing system for re-crushing until it meets the requirements of discharging particle size. The disc is made of imported polymeric composite material which is not easy to be damaged and can be used in all kinds of bad working conditions. At the same time, the reasonable modular design and flexible setting of handling capacity adjustment, so that the material in the screening process is less likely to accumulate or winding, equipment maintenance is more simple and fast.
Magnetic separator
The type of magnetic separator is permanent magnet self-discharging type, which can effectively screen steel wire after separation.
Vibrating screen
The steel wire is separated from the large rubber block/steel wire by vibration. Only the fine steel wire rubber particle/powder meets the requirements can pass through the screen under the vibrating screen. The large rubber granules that cannot pass through the sieve and the steel wire are transported again by the belt conveyor to the steel wire separator for secondary crushing until reaching the standard.
Electric control system
The main control cabinet and control platform are independent from each other. The design of touch screen and button control mode makes the control interface more humanized and easier to operate. Automatic mode can realize unmanned operation, manual mode can control a single device, users can choose different modes to operate according to actual needs at any time.
