Pretreatment system (provided by the customer)
After the waste plastics are dehydrated, dried, crushed, and other processes, they can obtain suitable size.
Feeding system
The pretreated waste plastics are transported to the transition bin.
Continuous pyrolysis system
The waste plastics are continuously fed into the pyrolysis reactor through the feeder for pyrolysis.
Heating system
The heating device fuel mainly uses non-condensable combustible gas produced by pyrolysis of waste plastics, and the high-temperature flue gas produced is mixed with the recycled flue gas to provide the required heat.
Oil and gas cooling separation system
After the oil and gas derived from the continuous pyrolyzer are cooled and separated, the fuel oil enters the oil collecting tank and is transported to the tank area by the oil pump, and the non-condensable combustible gas enters the combustible gas purification system.
Combustible gas purification system
The combustible gas obtained from pyrolysis is purified by the combustible gas purification system and introduced into the pressure stabilizer tank under the action of the pressure control device through water sealing tank.The non-condensable gas after purification is sent to the heating unit, and the heat generated by combustion is used for the pyrolysis of waste tires.
Solid fuel processing system
The high-temperature solid products produced by continuous pyrolysis gas are transported to the solid product silo by conveyor after being cooled to safe temperature by multi-stage water cooling.
Flue gas purification system
After the recycled exhaust gas is cooled, it enters the dust and odor removal tower and flue gas purification tower. After multi-stage purification, such as plasma electric field dust removal system and UV odor removal system, it reaches the standard for emission.
Electrical control system
The production line adopts PLC/DCS control system and monitoring data transmission in the cloud to carry out real-time monitoring on each node and send it from the cloud to the console. The control point can realize the safe cracking of the intelligent waste tire.At the same time, the functions of data acquisition, calculation, recording, printing report forms and safety pre-production ensure the safety, stability and continuous operation of the production line.
