Will be shattered fragments of the tire after a belt conveyor, belt scale, screw conveyor, etc to the negative pressure in the continuous pyrolysis system through pyrolysis, in system after the gas phase reaction temperature 450-550 ℃ under the condition of vacuum fast pyrolysis reaction, generate the pyrolysis oil, carbon black, pyrolysis wire and combustible gas, combustible gas by separation of oil and gas recovery unit after enter into the hot blast stove burning, for the whole production system to provide the reaction heat, achieve self-sufficiency in energy; After the high temperature oil and gas are cooled into liquid state by the spray condensation system, the oil and gas separation and recovery unit will finally enter the tank for storage. Carbon black and pyrolysis iron wire are first recovered by cooling devices such as spiral conveyor, and the recovered carbon black and steel wire are stored in storage tanks. Subsequently, carbon black and pyrolysis iron wire can be separated by magnetic separation and other devices for wire recovery.
All connections between nozzles and connections between nozzles and single machine equipment are leak-free to ensure complete sealing.
The conveying medium is < 30mm tire block, and the system working pressure is -50kPa ~50Kpa.

Product Detail:
Tire crushing system
The waste tire or rubber is broken into particles below 1.5mm and most of the steel wire is removed by magnetic separation to obtain waste tire block of suitable size.
Feeding system
The waste tire or rubber particles are transported to the metering bin through the feeding device, and the resealed air resistance feeding device is sent to the pyrolysis reactor.
Continuous pyrolysis system
The broken tires or rubber particles undergo a rapid pyrolysis reaction in the pyrolysis reactor under the vapor phase temperature of 450-550℃ under vacuum conditions to generate pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire and combustible gas.
Heating system
The heating system of the pyrolysis reactor is composed of a hot air device and flue gas recycling device. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the hot air device is mixed with the recycled flue gas to provide the heat required for pyrolysis of waste tires, reducing fuel consumption and reducing flue gas emissions.

Condensation system
After the thermal gas derived from the continuous pyrolysis furnace through the sealing device is cooled and separated by the condensation module, the fuel oil enters the collecting tank and is transported to the tank area through the oil pump. The non-condensable gas enters the dry gas purification system and is reused.
Combustible gas purification system
The combustible gas obtained from pyrolysis is purified by the combustible gas purification system and introduced into the pressure stabilizer tank under the action of the pressure control device through water sealing tank.The non-condensable gas after purification is sent to the heating unit, and the heat generated by combustion is used for the pyrolysis of waste tires.
Deslagging system
The high-temperature solid produced by continuous pyrolysis furnace enters the multi-stage U-shaped slag system, which contains water cooling and reduces to a safe temperature. Then the steel wire and carbon black are extracted by magnetic separation from the multi-stage U-shaped slag system. The steel wire enters the steel wire collection bin, and the carbon black is transported to the carbon black collection bin.
Flue gas purification system
After the recycled exhaust gas is cooled, it enters the dust and odor removal tower and flue gas purification tower. After multi-stage purification, such as plasma electric field dust removal system and UV odor removal system, it reaches the standard for emission.
Electrical control system
The production line adopts PLC/DCS control system and monitoring data transmission in the cloud to carry out real-time monitoring on each node and send it from the cloud to the console. The control point can realize the safe cracking of the intelligent waste tire.At the same time, the functions of data acquisition, calculation, recording, printing report forms and safety pre-production ensure the safety, stability and continuous operation of the production line.

Protection system:
