Domestic waste pyrolysis plant
After sorting the main city living garbage, containing waste plastics by multi-layer drum dryer after drying, the feeder to the gasifier, the furnace after drying, cracking, chlorination, reduction of output, combustible gas purification by spray, gas-liquid separation, in addition to the water in the packed tower decoking, to steam boiler furnace burning gas, steam from the boiler for the steam turbine generator to generate electricity, the power can be used for the citizens.
The heavy oil produced by the spray purification chamber is sent into the pyrolysis furnace for further pyrolysis to produce oil and gas. After condensation, the light fuel oil is obtained and the gas that cannot be condensed is burned back in the pyrolysis furnace.

The flue gas produced by the heating steam boiler and pyrolysis furnace will be collected and sent to the atomizing dust removal tower to meet the dust removal standard, and then sent to the chimney for high-altitude discharge by the induced draft fan.
The whole process is reasonable, the technology is advanced, energy saving and environmental protection, the system basically does not need external heat source after normal operation, the self-produced gas can basically meet the heat requirements.To reduce the amount of waste emissions, no three wastes (waste liquid, waste residue, waste gas).
Equipment advantages:
The treated exhaust gas fully meets the national emission standards and will not affect the surrounding environment. The residue after treatment is 3%-5% of the treated garbage, which is basically the same as the cost per ton compared with traditional landfill treatment. But it saves a lot of land resources and avoids groundwater pollution.
